Nikeshala Kaluthanthri
With over a decade of experience in Criminal Litigation, she brings a distinct and strategic perspective to her Family Law practice, shaped by her courtroom experience in criminal matters. She holds an LL.B (UK), an LL.M in International Commercial and Business Law and an MBA, along with a HND in Forensic Medicine and advanced qualifications in Human Resource Management. She regularly acts as independent external counsel to corporates, embassies of foreign states in Sri Lanka.
Kosala Poornima
He leads firm operations and oversees client experience, with a strong focus on workflow design, strategic execution, and service standards. His work centres on foreign investment, cross-border transactions, and commercial structuring in Sri Lanka. He holds an LL.B (University of London), a BSc in Finance, an LL.M in International Commercial and Business Law, and an MBA, and works with both local and international inventors on complex investment-driven matters.
Ruven Weerasinghe
With extensive experience in Commercial Law, Labour Law, Property Law, Money Recovery, Administrative and Public Law, he brings a very distinct perspective to our Consultancy Services, Commercial and Civil Mediation, and Corporate Advisory work, with a special focus on Appellate practice before the Superior Courts. He has consulted for multiple International Organisations, served as the Chairman of the Junior National Law Conference 2025, and holds an LL.B.
Anne Perera
LL.B. graduate of the Open University of Sri Lanka and HR-qualified from IMBS Green University, bringing over eight years of corporate sector experience. Provides support in legal research, drafting, and case management across family and civil law matters, assisting in both litigation preparation and advisory work.
